TRC hearings in Patuanak postponed

September 12, 2012 – Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada (TRC) hearings
scheduled for September 13 and 14 in Patuanak are being postponed due to a death in the
community.
The hearings were scheduled to take place at English River First Nation Band Hall. New dates will be announced once they have been decided.
In the meantime, Patuanak residents are welcome to attend the TRC hearing scheduled to
begin at 9 a.m. MDT September 15 at Rossignol Elementary School in Île-à-la-Crosse.
